Between October 2009 and August 2010, AAHA a Phase III data recovery at the Wishing Rock Camp Site, a precontact quarry site identified at the base of a cone-shaped hill that rises approximately 60 feet above the Coastal Plain in Anne Arundel County. This data recovery included the excavation of 31 square meters within the site and led to the recovery of 124 sherds of precontact ceramics and 2554 lithic artifacts.
