In June 2021, AAHA conducted a Phase I archaeological investigation of 122-acre Study Area on Sawmill Lane Property in Purcellville, Loudoun County, Virginia. Over 1,200 STPs were excavated yielding little cultural material that did not represent meaningful loci of human activity. No further archaeological investigation is recommended.
