In November 2022, AAHA conducted a Phase I survey of the Simply Shenandoah Wellness Resort that included a historic architecture reconnaissance level survey. The historic structures survey was conducted within areas that would be visually impacted by development. The survey found that all buildings and structures within an 800-ft buffer are either demolished or less than 45 years of age.
